3. Do not use Noryh to engage in any illegal or criminal activities, or publish infringing, violent, pornographic, or other harmful information; using automated tools to maliciously interfere with the services is prohibited.

Noryh shall not be liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure, technical failures, or other reasons. Information obtained by users through the services should be verified by themselves, and users shall bear the resulting risks and losses.
